Notes: from memo to ticket
Keep ideas and decisions in the workspace, then turn actionable items into tickets.
Enable Notes
Find Notes in the Marketplace, install it, and enable it in the current workspace. This free plugin needs no external account for local notes. Then open Notes from the sidebar.
Write and find a note
Create a note with +, give it a title, and open its editor. Markdown supports headings, lists, quotes, links, and code blocks. Switch to Preview to review the result. Saving is automatic after a short pause: wait for confirmation before closing.
Pin important notes to find them quickly. Notes belong to their workspace: switch to the correct one if a note seems missing and check the archives. Disabling and re-enabling the plugin preserves notes.
Add images
Use Add image to import an image smaller than 10 MiB. Its note-image: Markdown link lets the preview display it. Keep this link rather than replacing it with a local file path.
Turn an idea into action
Convert a note into a ticket when it becomes a mission, or link it to an existing ticket. The linked ticket badge opens it from the note. Review the ticket description to specify the outcome and acceptance criteria: meeting notes may need more detail before an agent can act.
See The ticket, end to end to prepare a mission.
