Three things, mostly:
- Annotated release notes — not a raw changelog, but the reason each feature shipped.
- Field reports on multi-agent orchestration: what works, what breaks, and what we had to rewrite three times.
- The product manifesto that builds itself one ticket at a time: why atomic tickets, why not a chat, why privacy-first.
The promise
No disguised marketing. No SEO listicle. When something fails in prod, we tell the story. When we make a counter-intuitive call, we explain why.
